This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all tickets and accommodation bookings for Sensation Days 26.
01. No Refund Policy
All purchases for Sensation Days 26, including event tickets and accommodation, are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of event planning and advance commitments related to venues, accommodation, logistics, and programming, we do not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.
02. Ticket & Accommodation Resale
If you are unable to attend Sensation Days 26, you may resell or transfer your ticket and/or accommodation booking to another person.
Sensation Days provides a ticket owner change functionality to facilitate this process.
- Buyers are responsible for finding a replacement attendee
- Sensation Days does not act as a reseller or intermediary
- Any financial arrangements between the original buyer and the new attendee are handled privately
03. Ticket Owner Change Deadline
Ticket and accommodation ownership can be changed until July 25th 2026, one day before the event starts.
After this deadline:
- No further ownership changes will be allowed
- Tickets and accommodation remain assigned to the originally registered participant
This deadline is strictly enforced to ensure smooth operations, security, and participant coordination.
04. Accommodation Policy
The same no-refund and transfer conditions apply to accommodation bookings made through Sensation Days.
Accommodation reservations:
- Are non-refundable
- May be transferred to another person using the ticket owner change functionality
Must respect the July 1st transfer deadline
05. Force Majeure
In the event that Sensation Days 26 is cancelled due to force majeure, all ticket and accommodation purchases will be fully refunded.
Force majeure events include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War, armed conflict, or terrorism
- Government restrictions or public health emergencies
- Strikes, epidemics, or other events beyond the organizer’s reasonable control
Refunds in such cases will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.
06. How to Transfer Your Ticket
To transfer your ticket or accommodation booking to another person, please follow the instructions on our Ticket Transfer Page:
The transfer must be completed no later than July 1st.
07. Acceptance of Policy
By purchasing a ticket or accommodation for Sensation Days 26, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
